Find light in the beautiful sea
I choose to be happy
You and I, you and I
We're like diamonds in the sky
So shine bright, tonight, you and I
We're beautiful like diamonds in the sky
Eye to eye, so alive
We're beautiful like diamonds in the sky "
We're beautiful like diamonds in the sky

ROGER VIVIER $15,900 AVAILABLE BY ORDER ONLY
LOVE LOVE LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS FABULOUS SANDAL!
You can't really see since this is a crappy pic I took with my iPhone from the magazine BUT the straps and heel are all beaded with lil black micro-beads. If I was ever to own this piece of art I really don't know how I would wear it out! I'd be too afraid to get the flower dirty :p alas we can just drool at the beauty that was on the cover of ELLE Accessories Fall/Winter 2012 Issue!
PIFFY LAUNCH!
With 23 being my favorite number and with September being the January of Fashion I give to you Ladies and Gentlemen the launch of PIFFY! PIFFY isn't just Fashion, PIFFY is a lifestyle. "A quick stop of fashion photography for fashionistas" PIFFY is witty, classic, preppy, edgy, girly, basically the different things I experience in my life. PIF aka Partner In Fashion is something me and Nicole have been working on for a while now however PIFFY is solely my own, Nikki will have her own addition to the Partner In Fashion Brand hopefully by next year. So sit back, and let the Fashion doses begin!
MENS FASHION
BLAZER. CHECKERED PLAID DRESS SHIRT. KHAKIS. OXFORDS
I saw this outfit on a man on the subway the other day and thought it was cute, I first noticed his faded vintage oxfords and as I continued to look up I noticed his check plaid collar peeping and the rest of his grey blazer (his blazer was unbuttoned I just couldn't find an unbuttoned gray blazer pic). Nice look, casual preppy with a touch of vintage!
IVY LEAGUE STYLE EXHIBIT AT THE MUSEUM AT FIT
This outfit is my favorite, I love how the plaid collar pops up at the top n is the only plaid you really see, it gives the outfit a lil something. |
My school has done it again, another great exhibit at The Museum at Fashion Institute of Technology-Ivy League Style Menswear. The exhibit which opened on Thursday is segmented into three time frames: the period following World War I, the post-World War II era and the revival period from the Eighties to today.
Brooks Brothers, a sponsor of the exhibit, is well represented, as is Ralph Lauren, Tripler, J. Press, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Bastian and Thom Browne.
I must say I'm loving these preppy outfits, I've only recently been paying attention to menswear but I'm becoming very interested in it and I'm liking what I'm seeing.
The exhibition will be on view until Jan. 5, and there will be an accompanying book, “Ivy Style,” published by Yale University Press, that will offer essays on the subject. So if you're in the NYC area make sure you stop by the museum on 27th Street and 7th Ave, the exhibit is free to the public so you should definitely stop by and have a look.
